From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. I COULDN'T FIND ANY FAULT WITH THE YOUNG GIRL IN THE SHOP I HAVE A HEALTH PROBLEM AND THE MEMBER OF STAFF COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR ME SHE ASK ME COULD I HELP AND I TOLD HER WHAT I NEEDED AND SHE WENT AND GOT WHAT I NEEDED AND THEN SHE OFFERED TO CARRY IT OUT TO THE CAR FOR ME NOW THATS WHAT I CALL HELPFUL SERVICE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND JOLLYS IN NEWRY A VISIT

Unhelpful & deceptive
Not one member of staff offered assistance, we were on site for about 15 mins. Three team members on duty and no one approached us. Pricing was unclear. Labels read on price but Vat added at tills.

We will address this with our team to ensure that all customers receive the attention they deserve. please note that the process on shelf includes VAT and this is not added however the receipt will detail this . if you add up each item purchased this will equal the sales total at the ends of the receipt not the subtotal and VAT section

Good value
A great big store, everything laid out well. Very reasonably priced.
I found everything I needed.
The only let down was when I asked about the size of a coat for my dog who was with me. The assistant wasn't at all interested,said she didn't know moved away. Dispite this I would shop here again. The till assistant was fine.
