Excellent service

We go to this pet shop all the time. Easy to navigate shop layout and very friendly and helpful staff and great prices too.
Parking is great and the shop never feels overwhelming.

Great help with cat food. Friendly staff and no trouble to them to help and signpost to everything around the store. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The gentleman carried my items to the till very friendly.

The male server on the till was very friendly and offered great service. I was there on Tuesday 15th at 3.30pm

Staff very helpful. I have mobility issues and was helped without having to ask. Very rare these days. Will def return to this shop. When shopping I need a traditional trolley which was not available - only baskets and pull along trolleys. That was only downside to my shopping experience.

Haven’t used Jollyes in long time as stocks were poor so use Pets at Home. Was passing and needed a few items for new pup. Compared to when I went a couple of years previously selection of items was poor and little choice to choose from (puppy bed), bowls, collars and leads and into the bargain prices were so expensive. I bought what I needed out of necessity when I came home looked online at Pets at Home and wished I had just waited and ordered from them. I ordered a dog crate to be delivered from Pets at Home delivery free of charge, same price in Jollyes but they charge £7.95 delivery. I will be sticking to Pets at Home for monthly online orders going forward.

Great staff,well stocked with products good prices

I initially went to the Newtownabbey store to purchase dog food. Nine in stock the young lady working in the store rang Boucher Road store and was able to get a bag there for me. I travelled to Boucher Road and collected the bag.

Cannot recommend enough! Nick and the team at Newtownabbey are fantastic, Rolo can be a bit strange and hates being groomed but he is always happy to see Nick.

Rolo always looks and smells amazing when I come to collect him!
