From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Great service from Sofia!
I was greeted as I came in by one of the workers there as I needed to get some stuff for my pet. I asked the woman at the till if she may be able to help me in choosing what products are the best for my pet. She took me to a few items and described them all very well and asked relevant questions to get the best products needed. She was very nice, supportive and helpful. At the end I asked her name and she was called Sofia. She gave the best service I’ve seen in a very long time with a smile and a real nature of care at her job. She will go a long way and I hope she does in the future. For those who will be going to Jollyes on their next trip, I hope you’re helped by Sofia!

Top tier service at a great price!
I took my dogs to have their annual vaccines, for the first time I took them to Jollyes in Northampton, the staff were so nice and clearly stretched as they were all doing 10 different jobs. But they all had smiles on their faces, greeted me and my dogs and showed a genuine care. The cost is also a massive bonus, well worth travelling a bit out of the way for me.

Great first experience in store
From my first experience of Jollyes yesterday I wouldn’t hesitate to give 5 stars. We are getting a puppy in a few days so I went in for raw food and advice on healthy training treats. Lots of variety in products and the lady who helped me was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful
I will be using this store again for my pet needs
