From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The staff in the shop were so lovely…

The staff in the shop were so lovely and helpful. We asked about the raw food and the staff member was so knowledgable and clearly loves talking about all things dog. The range of toys, food and accessories is brilliant and I was very eager to join the scheme, as I know we’ll be back.

Shop was clean and tidy

Shop was clean and tidy, staff member was friendly..good selection of cat/dog treats...the only issue for me is they never have the cat food i buy in stock and they dont sell the dog food my dog eats ..and dont sell the tofu cat litter i use ..

I just love Jollyes

I just love Jollyes! A great range of good priced products and friendly staff.
Both mine and my neighbours dog have been having Lifestage products for a while now and both are healthy with happy tummy’s 😀

Large range of toys at great price

Came in to buy some balls for my dog, was impressed with the choice of dog toys and how reasonably priced they were! Also purchased a large dog bed which matches my sofa! High quality and lovely material at a good price. We also purchased some pick and mix chicken feet/necks and tripe. The lady who served us was super friendly and helpful :-)
