From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I am very upset about a product of dog…

I am very upset about a product of dog food that is now not been available to buy single pack it is now multiple packs only this leaves it to expensive it is on fair to the customer that only in belfast and Bangor you can purchase single packets of dog nuts I will have to shop somewhere else to get what I can afford

Amazing

I have only recently started to get pets. Any time I am in jolleys the workers can’t do enough for you, involving our young child in the experience as well. Helping out to the car with the stuff, any discounts available are always offered as well. Great experience over all, our pets love the treats also.

Excellent staff/ excellent customer service

Staff excellent— courteous/ very helpful/ very knowledgable and were just lovely
Needed specific advice re: worming/ flea treatments for my cat— the authorised staff member was requested by colleague and she too was courteous/ pleasant and very knowledgeable in this area of expertise.
Showed and discussed a variety of treatments— explained each and I was able to make an informed choice as a result
I must say that the 2 staff members in Omagh branch yesterday were exceptional and also, very obviously enjoy team working in Jollyes
