I visited the Peterborough branch yesterday morning & was delighted that some of the items I required (budgie honey bars) were on offer @ buy two & get one free. Staff efficient & friendly.

I couldn't look locate any rabbit ears…
I couldn't locate any rabbit ears so asked an assistant. She came out of her way to locate a bonus big box of them for my dogs

Indoor birds
I have two budgies & regularly use Jolleys to buy food & toys for them.
The young lady assistant was most helpful when I couldn't find a particular item which was temporarily out of stock.

When you buy dog’s snacks like dried…
When you buy dog’s snacks like dried pork ears, dried fish etc -calculate before till. Cashiers don’t know all the prices unfortunately and can add you some extra money to pay.
I’ve double checked the anmou I have to pay and mentioned to the cashier, but the price wasn’t changed in the bill. I noticed that later on.

Low stock…
I’ve been buying my cat & dog biscuits for years from your store. Twice this week I’ve driven the 11 miles to my nearest store and you didn’t have the dog biscuits I use. The cat biscuits only come in ridiculously small bags so if you have more than one cat, they don’t last very long. Never enough staff around to help either! Not good, may go back to Pets at Home!

I have an injured finger
I have an injured finger, the manager helped me pick a sack of heavy cat litter to the till, then to my car. Love jolleys. I travel 15 miles to shop there for my cats . Wouldn't go anywhere else

Never any cheaper kitten food available.
Every time I visit this store they don't sell normal kitten food. The only kitten food available is very expensive for a small bag. Not convenient at all. Ended up leaving without purchasing anything... AGAIN!
