From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Dry cat food
I was looking for a specific dry cat food and couldn’t see it on the shelves. An assistant was most obliging, looked with me and then went to find out if it was available. It wasn’t but I appreciated the effort the assistant put in. Thank you

Staff were really helpful
Disappointed that only 1 tray of mixed lifestyle dog food was available. Luckily the James Wellbeloved dog food was on offer to save the day.

Helpful staff and trolley issues
The person who served us was very helpful as it transpires my name and email address had been previously misspelt. This hopefully has now been rectified.
One issue is the money needed to free trollies. I do not very often carry coins and found this very frustrating as I usually bulk purchase dog food, bird seed etc.
