Roseanna was very friendly and her willingness to assist, she and her colleague made me feel right at home. I loved my experience in your store today, I will certainly make it more of a habit of shopping in there due to your product range being so extensive! It is awesome how much you have on small animal products, items I was shopping for.

And I had also signed up to your membership with the guidance of Roseanna, which was quick and seamless. Thank you for making things simple.

The only thing off in the store was the music playing, it wasn't in tune with the environment. Didn't quite match.

But overall, I had an awesome time in your store, such a pleasant experience.

The product range is very good and I found some useful dog accessories i hadn't found elsewhere.
Prices are good, i have 3 golden retrievers so the savings add up pretty quickly.

Super helpful young man helped me carry things to the till, opened a checkout for me and then carried everything out to the car! I am not finding it easy to walk currently, and the items were heavy too. It was lovely to find ‘old fashioned’ service in this day and age.

I arrived ten minutes before closing but was able to find what I needed quickly and easily, despite this being my first visit. The assistant offered me membership of the loyalty scheme, and set it up efficiently. She was friendly and polite, and I was glad I’d gone in.
