Jollyes The Pet People - Port Glasgow Opiniones

Was up to get my 12 week old puppy a harness. Had taken him with us. The staff were brilliant. Very helpful but moreover, they came over to help try fit a harness on my dog and they literally sat down on the floor to pet him and took great care to make him feel comfortable (this was his first "shopping trip") and reassured him. Thank you Natasha and staff (unfortunately I didn't get the other young ladies name, but she was tall with dark hair with redish tints)
Thank you again for caring, helping and reassuring.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly members of staff.

Disappointed there is no longer a 15% discount off dog food now with the Pet Club! Won’t be using Jollyes much now, unfortunately.

Given me good advice and helped me and my bf in to today life

My dog had her jags at jollyees and micro chipped and the people couldn't have been any better in the shop! Would definitely recommend

The girl who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She gave me details of one of them that she used for her own dog. Very pleasant experience

Friendly staff good choice good value

Easy to order staff are helpful and polite

friendly helpful staff & I got what I went in for

Good range of loose dog treats including some not available elsewhere. Particular favourites of our pets. My only criticism is the lack of customer scale to weight as we select our mix, sometimes we would buy more if this was available however tend to err on the side of caution because of the lack of weighing facilities.

Good place to go for pet food and toys etc

They had what we wanted and the assistant k ew where to find thjngs

The staff are always so helpful and accommodating.
Fantastic selection of food and products to meet most budgets

excellent service great pet store

My go to shop for pet supplies. Staff are always lovely & ready to help if I can't find something.

Surprisingly good value. The balls and bone I bought came to £6 something, whereas the bigger ball alone was marked as £12.
Asked if joining the pet club gave me a discount or something and the woman said unfortunately not. I tried two more times to say I thought these came to more than that and she grumpily continued to deny any issue or that any discount had been applied.
Apart from feeling sorry for the woman (who didn't appear to undersand, despite my best efforts) I definately got great value and my dog loves the balls and the treat, trying to take it out of the boot herself when I got home.
I wouldn't buy the kennel though. The one outside the shop had fallen apart a few weeks after being put on display, and that was not cheap.

Very pleased with service and staff at Port Glasgow branch
