Overall, very happy with my visit, got everything I needed at a lesser price than other vendors. Staff are friendly and helpful and products are equivalent or better than others in same bracket.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The perfect groomers

When I first took my pet to Jollies she had previously had a horrible experience at another groomers and was left with terrible fur. She's been to Jollyes twice now and she is beautiful. They have got time to listen and they are so gentle. I wouldn't take her anywhere else now and the price is perfect. My dog loves going now.

Lovely staff

Lovely staff! More than willing to offer advice and assistance. It is the great customer service that will bring me back again and again and again ! They also stock a wide range of food and supplies for all your pets and wildlife requirements.

Wonderful shop

Very friendly lady served me and made sure my purchase was the correct size as I wasn’t sure she even told me to bring it back opened if it wasn’t right

First Visit To Jollyes.

Efficient customer service. Well laid out tidy store. Items easily found & good displays. Competitive prices. Would highly recommend a visit.

took our little Yorkie for his groom…

took our little Yorkie for his groom the groomer Natalie was so friendly and did a beautiful job on him we would highly recommend this groomer
also a lovely shop with lots of choices friendly helpful staff and spotlessly clean
