I use Jollyes store in selby very often to buy all my pet supplies. All the staff are helpful & cheerful.
I also use their Pet Clinic which is excellent value & and the vet there is the best, he is so patient, caring & gentle. I never go anywhere else.

The lady on the till was fab and helped us with everything as we had no idea how to work the engraving machine, she offered lots of advice about our new puppy and how to get points from Jollies etc nothing was too much trouble for her.

Customer service at the Selby branch is very good
The young lady who supported us was great. She was aware I struggled with Arthritis. She helped me to try the jacket on my dog but did not impose or take over.
She then gave me space to the make a decision

I couldnt find what i wanted but the lady behind the counter showed me where the things were. Great service
