Baking ! No air con
Customer service is brilliant in your Sheffield Meadowhall retail park store however this is the 3rd time I’ve been in during a heatwave and it’s too bloody hot there is no air con at all I would have browsed for longer if I weren’t melting could not wait to get out of there.

Great experience
Your colleague at the till was caught up with the customer in front of me. She was really very attentive to the customer and also myself by smiling and when it was my turn she apologised for the wait which was not long at all. Everything was easy to find in store and very clean.
