The member of staff gave excellent service to both myself & the customer in front of me. She explained why you were low on Canin dog food due to the warehouse moving. Sadly I didn’t egg her name but she was young with long red hair & a Liverpudlian accent.

No vets and turned away twice
We made an appointment online to have a puppy vaccinated. After arriving yesterday, we were advised there were no vets due to an accident on the motorway (which is understandable). The appointment was rearranged to this morning, to be told on arrival, they have no vets which is out of their control. A courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. I would no longer use this service or recommend them.
