Great experience as always lots of choice no matter what your shopping for. Very rare that I can go to this shop and not come out with more than I went in for.

The item I required was on the shelves where it usually is. When I went to the tills I as pleasantly addressed by the assistant who smiled and asked if I needed anything else or had I found everything I needed.

I went to collect my puppies food and seen some coats. The staff were very nice and they helped me get the right size. Got home and they fit perfectly

It’s a good shop but stock control is poor. I asked for Purina one light cat food but it wasn’t on the shelf, the member of staff told me they had 4 in stock which turned out to be a mistake and should have been taken off the system. When I went back a couple of days later it was the same story with the staff saying that had 4 bags but they had none. They also could not tell me when a supply would come so I had to go elsewhere.

The girl on the till was lovely but unfortunately I will have to start going elsewhere as you have stopped doing the parrot food in the tubs what you weight yourself, I do not need a £30 plus bag. Can I ask why you have done this?

Spoke to one of the staff regarding puppy food for new pups, really helpful with great advice. Gave us a load of information on different types & how to do it etc. really good experience.
