From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Helpful Member of Staff

Aidan was very helpful on the phone , found what i was looking for and so nice to deal with in store when I came to collect. Must say so far cannot fault any of the staff in Stirling. They have all been brilliant

Thanks to the helpful lady on the till…

Thanks to the helpful lady on the till I signed up to their pet club, I hadn't been offered before. Good range of products and usually affordable.

They also will run charity drives, where you can buy a meal for a cat or dog in a shelter. Glad I live closer now, as we did not have this company where I stayed prior.

Excellent stock and staff

I came for lots of different dog foods, bird food, dog treats and dog toys- absolutely everything I wanted was in stock. I am so impressed. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful.

Stirling experience

Staff member Aiden (?) was genuinely obliging when checking out.

Store did not stock encore dog food , yet had that brand's cat food.
Also didn't have chicken chewy sticks in large packet.
