From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Excellent value and service

This store has quickly become my favourite one stop shop for everything for my dog. The store has a great selection of dog toys, food and treats. Every time I have been into the store, there has always been a selection of discounted or reduced to clear dog toys for around £5 or less. I find the prices of the branded items to be similar to Amazon and other online stores too. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and are happy to help if you have any questions. Excellent store overall.

A great shop

Friendly and helpful staff with a great selection of reasonably priced products. Joined the club and intend to make it my number 1 pet shop of choice

Seems a bit strange that only one…

Seems a bit strange that only one person can unlock the cabinet to the flea and worming treatments. There were a few reduced boxes which I would have bought for my street (rescue) dogs and cats in Turkey, but unfortunately it was the person (who can unlock the cabinet) day off.

Unfortunately, in order to sell products kept within the cabinets our staff require to be SQP trained and qualified. Very tidy and clean shop, always have what I am shopping for and at very reasonable prices.
