Went in for locust, different sizes.
Disgusted at how many tubs had just dead in them. Even though i brought some with live locust in, i was still charged full price. Threw away lots of dead ones in tubs. Gheco wont eat dead ones.

I come to this groomers often Rebecca the young lady is so kind and helpful she’s always cuddling with my dogs while waiting for me to come collect she is the kind of person you want grooming your animal because you can tell she loves the animals.

Had one item that I was looking for, price was very reasonable

I had mentioned it was my dogs birthday and the lovely gentleman at the desk was kind enough to say happy birthday towards my dog. He mentioned about the store card and their could be a discount to the items I was purchasing for my dog. He signed me up within minutes and a discount was applied because of this. He told me he lost his dog who was almost 20 years old, this was of course sad to hear but nice of the gentleman to be able to share that as my dog is now getting old. He was so pleasant and helpful and yet I don't remember his name which is awful of me. But he is a credit to the store for sure.

Very good pet shop. I went shopping for my 4 year old Dog and my Puppy and there was so much choice . The prices were amazing too. A lot cheaper than all the other BIG known Pet stores!!
I will be going here from now on.

Just bought a lovely coat for my dog. I'd been to many pet shops before this one but the coats appeared to be odd sizing. Gary was very helpful in choosing a coat that fitted our dog. Perfect!

Prices increased quite a lot from previous visits not long ago. Used to go with my mum to get our dogs nails cut and for several months they were £5 for both. Went in this past weekend and it had gone up to £7.50 each. Just seems a bit much.

The man that served me, and has many times before is always a delight to talk to and super friendly makes the visits nicer. Tbf all the staff there are really nice, and have a good chat with all of them. Feels nice and personal.
