Lovely frendily staff very helpfull setting up my card for points

Friendly staff

I find that they are very rude. I had a problem with paying and they said I didn’t pay an amount and they wouldn’t give me the refund and it showed on my phone. He was not nice. So my partner had to come over to help from home. Not a pleasant experience.

Super friendly staff and a huge choice of goods. There seems to be an issue finding my postcode but email worked. I was advised by the colleague who served me to always offer that. Might just be there quite a few dog owners in my close.

Great selection of food and natural treats for my dog, and it is good value for money.

I love going into Jollyes in Swindon. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Love the own brand dog food for my dog. She is sensitive to grain and has had no problem whatsoever eating the tinned meat or the kibble

Every time I visit Jollyes to buy my dogs food, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The discounts for members are great and stock is always high.

Jolleys is very local to where I live and work , the shop staff are very friendly and helpful. I can always find a good deal and they have everything I need for my pet family. Rio likes raw products , Drake prefers Kibble food. Paris enjoys a mix of parrot and parakeet seed and the fish which are temperate like the Aquarium flakes , I feel I'm always popping in for one of them 😊

The Jollyes Swindon location is always well stocked with a wide variety of products available from your smallest critters to raw products.
The staff are infinitely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, even go the extra mile to help and carry your heavier goods to your vehicle.
The only downside is the groomers section has closed some months ago and is yet to reopen, however from my understanding it is due to staff not being available to run that section, which is a shame because when it was open, my pup was a frequent visitor and always received top notch service for everything we booked.

I have not made use of the in store pet clinic so I'm not able to comment on their availability/services.

Rotten dog food all over me absolutely stinking was covered. Boxes on high shelf got them down. One of them split and rotting fish everywhere
