From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Poor Service
When I entered the store, I saw 3 staff members stacking a shelf at the back of the store who didn't even notice me. I returned to the checkout with my items and nobody was there, so I had to call out loud for a member of staff to come over. Eventually, begrudgingly someone did.
I then asked a simple question regarding stock replacement times and dates of an item I regularly buy there, and the assistant wasn't sure of the answer.
I will be using the other major pet store from now on.

Lovely shop
Lovely shop. Always clean and bright. Staff are super helpful, always polite and friendly. And my 3 dogs love me shopping there as I always bring them home lots of new treats.

Care check prices carefully.
Love the choice that they have in stock. High quality items to pick from.
However need to be carefully that you are charged correctly, the item we purchased had a wrong barcode and item discription, so were charged for a larger item than we purchased.

It was a good experience the shop looked great staff were very helpful and so many of them
