girl who served me was helpful courteous and carried my purchase to
my car . A real lovely sales assistant and was greatly appreciated.

We asked the colleague for a SMALL julius K9 harness for our dog. He asked for our dogs weight and then came back with a MEDIUM harness. He said she should have that one because of her weight despite us requesting the small size. We listened to him as we felt he is the expert. When we got home we were so disappointed that the harness was too big. We now have to make another trip to Totton.

This company can improve by supplying tge cat food customers want to purchase. Hills diet have disappeared from your shelves. Your choice of tinned food is abysmal. The staff are brilliant but they cannot explain why shelves are low or out of stock. This company used to be the best for cat food but now I cannot buy what I know my cats will eat.
