Visited the store to purchase my cats favourite toy. Could not see it in stock, Bethany was super helpful in sourcing the toy for me, she went above and beyond to assist me. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, Bethany deserves a special mention for her time and kindness today 😊 ❤️

Very helpful staff

Lady who deals with the money side of things is always very informative regarding what pet products to buy , vet was obviously a non English speaking lady , they never say to much just the basic stuff , nevertheless provide a service pet owners need to keep their pets safe , at half the cost we’d expect to pay in a vets practice in this country
Very good service specially when you own four dogs like I do

Wouldn’t go anywhere else from my dog’s food they always have everything I need and the staff are really helpful and polite

Great prices and welcoming staff
