From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I buy hi life cat food tuna or fishy…

I buy hi life cat food tuna or fishy had to go to widnes to get it so cost 4 pound on bus as st helens had no 30 pouch boxes... so I didn't get the offer that was on as instead of 17 it cost me 21 and miserable staff man aswell love the food don't love the staff..

Please can Liverpool have a Jolleys?

Jolleys is a new discovery for me, but I'm so pleased to have discovered them! Came to get my kittens vaccinated, such good value, but also an excellent service from the Community Pet Clinic team. Genius of the store designer who makes you walk the length of the shop to get out! Of course you brows! Then you discover that they have an excellent selection of products at very keen prices. Staff are all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Stocked up on kitten blankets and toys for them to go to their new homes with. Incredible value for money and really good quality. Only slight grumble is that our nearest store is ten miles away from Liverpool. Please can we have a Jolleys too?

Really friendly staff but the queue at…

Really friendly staff but the queue at the till at the weekend was 13 people deep with 2 staff on tills and another in the store walking around. Constant queue. Difficult to do when you are buying stuff and trying to keep dogs in line
