The staff in store as always superb on top marks for service. Unfortunately, I now buy a major part of my pet requirements else where due to the change in your reward systems. I can only buy my food when I will have somebody at home to take it from car to house so instead of doing regular smaller shops I do one large one, which I find penalises me as your reward is per shop and not by price. When you brought in the new system I was planning to use it, but never received any reward. On phoning your office I was told that my email address was wrong, which it was but the address in store was correct so the error was not of my making

We were buying in Jollyes, and decided to buy our pet a new jumper. Staff were attentive and helpful, advising but ultimately allowing us to make the decision. Even trying the purchase on our pet to ensure satisfaction.

The lady who was serving was so lovely to the older man infront of me having a lovely chat with him. When she served me again she was lovely!

Helpful , friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store I visited also had a wide range of Products to meet my Cat's requirements.
