Shop experience / Unable to order via Web site
Had to go into shop as web site had not been updated with regards to offers. Reported this 5 days previous.
As I purchase on a regular basis was not happy. However, as I was low on cat litter I had to go into shop. Was greeted by friendly member of staff. Purchased 6 20kg cat litter.
