Friendly staff at Stevenage branch. Sometimes they don’t have the stock of the item I buy. I would like them to tailor discounts to the individual- I don’t have a dog or rabbit but that appears to be the only special discounted emails I get.

Great service and value
The staff are so polite and helpful. The savings and good value of the items I need are amazing and there is always something extra to pick up. I got lights for my dogs collar and they were really reasonable.

For the first time since going into the store, I met an assistant who was actually helpful, pleasant and most important liked animals, especially dogs.
