The charger stopped working after less…

The charger stopped working after less than 1 unit of charging. I had to pay connection fee for their fault and disconnection through no fault of my own. Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to email three time and after one month the problem hasn’t been resolved and no refund back. Worst customer service and incompetence chargers. Overcharging poor hard working people but their disconnection and double charge them. :(

Do Not Buy of Jolt!!!

I filed a fault for a razor scooter I had bought for my son. I reported a fault with Jolt as it was making a a noise, they asked me for a video demonstration of the fault and I supplied this and Jolt acknowledged this and started the warranty for fix/replacement.

After numerous emails, social media messages i have had NO replies and NO action to fix or replace the scooter. It is dissapointing and very frustrating that there is no attempt at customer service and in a world of instant messaging they do not want to communicate. This is a huge red flag and I am filling a formal complaint against Jolt and would never reccomend to anyone.

Bought a Xaiomi Pro 2 scooter for my son. Great delivery and all was well until after 8 weeks of use it developed an error code. Jolt offered to repair it, arranged courier and again...all was going well. Then the responses to any communication stopped. I sent several emails and did not get a response until I threatened to contact Trading Standards. After Jolt having the scooter for almost 2 months for supposed repair, the scooter was returned to us today...with the exact same fault. Its just not good enough. No telephone number to contact anyone on and they don't respond to emails. Looks like we've got to take the matter further to get any resolution!

Pretty happy

Ordered on the weekend for "Next working day delivery" but received it on Wednesday.
Arrived with no extra wrapping, just original box.
Apart from that - pretty happy!

I have been trying to email Jolt london…

I have been trying to email Jolt london customer service help email for a good month and a half and yet have not got a single reply. I even submited a request and yet still no reply. All I received was an automatic email claiming they would reply within 3-5 days of my request…Its now been over a month and yet they have not responded to my queries or request. The fact they do not have a telephone number also baffles me. My xiaomi pro 2 scooter was supposedly supposed to have a 2 year warranty incase of any damages as promoted on the website however there is no confirmation email that I can use to support this. Its ridiculous the amount of emails I have sent in regards to my scooter and have received not a single response to help or to provide a service and clearly judging by other reviews I’m not the only one…

Jolt London if you do see this please get back to me with a response to how we are going to solve the issue (I’ve even left you a question on your google page as well as a dm on instagram).

Where do I start....?

Faulty scooter barely a month old. Repaired Faulty again. Had to deal direct with Segway bouncing emails left right and centre. As for Jolt like all new so called trendy companies have NO TELEPHONE contact and are somewhat mysteriously unobtainable when things go wrong. How about some good old fashioned Customer service. Scooter still not working it's back with Segway in Northampton. 2 XUPS drop off and repackaging..( lucky we kept the box) Not a single foolow up e mail or call from Jolt. One reply from a sarcastic tweet I sent and some automated messaging. The mark of a company is not the easy sales bit taking money us child's play It's the after sales that separate the good from the bad. The difficult conversations and the ease of contact. If you have no telephone number it means you don't care because you don't have to speak to people which is disconcerting as you like to think if you have confidence in your product and service why would you hide behind a keyboard.

Bought a brand new faulty scooter

Bought a brand new scooter, brake was squeaking so loudly every time you touched it, thought it just needs to be warn inn, no problem! Then I emailed jolt, no reply! Waited another month hopeing it would stop, it did not, it got worse, emailed jolt again, they then addressed the problem saying they will not repair this because its outside the warranty! The website says 2 year warranty which is a lie! It's only a 30day warranty apparantly. It is a mechanical fault, faulty parts,so should be covered by warranty and repaired and replaced, Jolt refuse this and simply said i had 30days! Misrepresentation,2 year warranty covers all mechanical faults or faulty parts supplied. You sold me a piece of broken crap than refuse to deal with the issue? Disgusting worm snake business practice, I will be issuing legal notice as we as customers have consumer rights, and I hate cowboys like you!

Thank you for your review, we do apologise for the issue you are experiecing with your squeaky brake. Our warranty and returns policies do state that any issue upon arrival must be brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery and that brake parts such as pads are not covered under the manufacturer warranty as these are not classed as mechanical. Again, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your review.
