Jolt took a few days to reply to my query but were helpful and explained the delay .

As a 38yr old man, I wouldn't really say I noticed much of a difference. For the price I feel a bottle of ZMA would be better.

I was surprised to feel a benefit within days of beginning taking this supplement. I am 63 and have always been fit and eaten a healthy diet but over the past 2 years begun to feel not only that age was catching up with me, but overtaking me. My energy levels were declining, joints ached more and eczema flare-ups were worse that ever. I have been a Parkrunner for 6 years and my 5k time had been getting slower. I thought my 5k times would be a useful metric to assess JOLT's benefit. The first Parkrun I did 3 days after starting JOLT got me a PB for 2024 and the next week a new PB for the year. My eczema has gone and my joints are less achy. Well worth the investment!

The service and quality is great.

Prompt delivery of the Jolt. No issues from the company. As for the product - the sleep score has consistently improved since the second day (using a garmin from a score in the mid 80s increasing to the mid 90s), I seem to have more energy. Early days, but so far, so good

I have been taking jolt now since March, gradually building up to three tablets per day. I can say that I have seen an improvement in my overall health especially my skin. It has a luminosity that wasn’t there before and I haven’t changed anything else. I’m looking forward to see how I am after the next few months. I highly recommend Jolt.

I missed a couple of rounds of jolt when first released, a little gutted yet keen. In the mean time I cracked on with heights (another brand)

Speaking honestly a month into my jolt journey the impact and effects of any are much more subdued than heights, with them I felt it straight away within a few weeks more energy, more alertness…. Jolt just doesn’t seem to have the same kick / impact to me.

So thanks for the month but for triple the cost it’s just not doing it for me

I’ve been taking lots of different supplements for a few years now and I research a lot to learn about what to take to improve my health and wellbeing and longevity. Finding Jolt has been amazing for me. Rather than taking LOTS of tablets I take Jolt with cod liver oil and vitamin D. Along with 12 - 14 hour fasts this is my routine.
I’m seventy now but look in my fifties. I have lots of energy and feel great.

I’ve been taking Jolt for a few months now and as someone who tracks their health very closely, this stuff is really impressive. Three a day didn’t agree with me at first, I had to drop down to two before building back up. I’ve taken NMN and resveratrol in the past but who can trust the budget stuff you buy off Amazon? I wanted to try it again as Jolt has all of the ingredient certificates online so you have confidence in what you’re buying. I’m 35 but my energy is up, my resting heart rate is down without changing my routine and most impressively I’m getting 2-3 hours deep sleep whereas I’ve averaged 30-40 mins in the last two years. I’ll keep the subscription going for that alone!

I’m a 49yo male and have been taking JOLT now since Oct 2023 (I think). The deliveries arrive promptly and are very well packaged. Most notable difference is the increased overall energy I have - not a ‘stimulation’ which you get with caffeine, but more increased vigour to push myself further during life/work. This has had a profound effect I feel, during gym sessions, particularly with high intensity workouts. Yes it’s a lot per month, but when you break it down per day (£2), I actually think it’s good value for money. Thanks for bringing this product to the market! :)

I've been taking for few months, the biggest difference it's made is my hair growth - its faster and in areas I'd normally not have much or any. Nails grow and are stronger . I'm a fairly energetic guy anyway so I can't say if there is a difference there yet. I also seem to have a better sleep. I'm a 43 male - never taken supplements before. Looking at the ingredients, I'm trusting they are doing some good . I feel they are affordable, delivery is fast, and pretty funky packaging to. This is now part of my daily routine.

Orders arrive promptly and I really like the principles behind this business and prefer to support small upcoming companies like this. I have been taking Jolt for about 3 months. I also take heights alongside them for biotics and vitamins. Not feeling a big difference yet but the ingredients are great and so I’m hoping it is working on the inside. Good business / premium product and I believe they are doing this for the right reasons and zero wrong with alongside that building a profitable business!

I never noticed any difference after taking Jolt. Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone.

I started to feel a big difference in energy levels and mood after 5 weeks. Excellent product, yes it costs slightly more than off the shelf products but the benefits of taking the product outweigh this for me. I go without a treat once a week instead win win for my health!
