Terrible , i ordered a coat , which took ages to arrive , when it did i was so dissappointed , i ordered the camel colour and when it came it was a horrible brown . It was creased like a rag. Even though their e mail address is in England, the returns address is in china which would cost me £25 which i wasnt going to risk . So know i am stuck with a coat which is horrible and £60 out of pocket .

Do not use. This a Chinese company. They do not Accept returns. They claim their boots are leather. They are not. Returns you have to pay for, even if they send you the wrong things. Do not use.

This company is a scam. Clothes are dreadful and not what the pictures show. Tried to follow the returns process but basically unless you pay for returns to a Chinese address and hope you get a response then don’t bother! The website says 2 days delivery in the Royal Mail uk, which only means once it reaches the uk off a boat three weeks later. Do not buy!! I’ve put it all in the bin.

I ordered a coat that was described as a wool coat, that combined soft fabric texture for an elegant finish.
What arrived was worse than some temu orders I have seen.
£50 spent on a birthday present, which also arrived a week later than stated.

This is a Scam !!
I wish i had checked with trust pilot before shopping here all these comments are true.
The clothing is cheap and poorly made they advertise 30 day money back guarantee but no chance of getting your money back.

The website and ordering process was user friendly.
Description of products very succinct .
Prices very reasonable.
Discount very generous .
Confirmation of order and updates on delivery very prompt and that is very reassuring to me as a customer.
Did take two weeks for delivery which was free and this was fine for me however if the product was needed sooner I would pay for delivery which wasn't overly expensive.

The jacket I ordered was faulty. I tried to return the item under their 30 day money back guarantee which was unbelievably difficult. Having paid £18 to post it back to the address they gave me 2 weeks later I received the jacket back unopened. I was told it was returned because all shipping fees hadn't been paid! A total scam.

Items received were low quality / not as described then tried to return to their China address at great expense & UPS can't find them. Now they aren't responding to emails or calls. So I've lost the cost of the items + the cost of returning to China. This is a total scam and I've lost a lot of money.

Scam company that provide goods that are nothing like what is seen on their website. Very inferior goods and they make it impossible/expensive to return and then refuse to refund! They only have a 'registered' company address in London that anyone can pay for, using a 'rent an address' company. You have no way of knowing who they really are, where the goods are from. I am reporting them to Trading Standards

If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. Appalling scam - I ordered a coat and paid for it (£129). 2 days later i was told it was out of stock. I was offered the same item in a different colour but i didn't want that and asked for a refund. Some days later I got an email saying the original coat was out for delivery. So i waited and didnt chase my refund. Eventually a parcel arrived. It was not the coat I had ordered but a vastly inferior item (different colour, different size and on their website at quarter of the price the coat i had paid for was) I have spent over a month trying to get my money back and now given up

Ordered a coat for my 15 year old daughter and it just fits my 10 year old. Its very poor quality crap. They lead you to believe its uk based but its shipped from china. To return anything you have to pay for the shipping back to china. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Bought 2 coats which were horrific quality and then I tried to return they were rejected at customs. I was in contact with their support team which is how I got the returns address (after requesting this a number of times).

Do not buy from this. Their London address is fake and their phone number is fake.

Absolute scam advertise offices in London with phone number opening time’s obviously English names delivery dates that are lies so you think the gear is in the uk. Then you pay and it all unfolds then delivery date changes then you see it’s coming from China. To return it costs you so you can’t send it back then offer you 7.5% of the value of the crap they have sent you, very well thought out to dupe people into thinking it’s all good stay away dont ever spend a penny with them robbing scamming #####.

The quality from Jones and Smith is unmatched. I bought a cozy knit dress for the winter season. It is warm, stylish, and does not pill after washing. The fit is flattering and comfortable. I appreciate that they use durable fabrics. This is a brand I will trust for years.

Literally every review on here is fake. Go to their other trust pilot from the site they had closed down (jones and smith .co.uk) and you’ll see this is not a real company and these are not real reviews. They’re drop shipping sweat shop junk into the UK from China. They’re not UK based. You can’t return anything. I ordered a sweatshirt and it was a laughable imitation of the advert - nothing like what I was supposed to receive. They’ll make it impossible to return. Don’t buy from here, and if you’ve already made the mistake - charge back with your bank!

I was looking for a unique outfit for a party, and Jones and Smith had the perfect option. The sequined dress I bought was a showstopper. It fit like a glove and was surprisingly comfortable. The shipping was fast, and the price was reasonable for the quality. A great experience.
