If you like rude service...
Absolutely terrible service from the support team. Rude, condescending, and incompetent.
Ticket response times were measured in hours, not minutes. In the 3 weeks i was with them, it was a minimum of 4-6 hours between request and response.
I chose them because their hardware specs were marginally better than another service i was looking at, and while the initial costs with jones was a bit higher, the second-year costs were better. I've gone back to the competitor and it's a world of difference in terms of support.
If you need a managed service - i do not recommend this organization. if you can handle the server without assistance, you're probably fine.
