The title says it all really. That's just what I think

This product is brilliant. My black heads have reduced massively since using this product! Leaves skin feeling silky smooth and the balancing cream smells and feels great too. For those that find it too sticky and say it rips out hairs, I feel this is a little over the top. If you have used a peel off face mask before this is pretty much the same, just slightly harder to peel off. LOVE THIS PRODUCT

The product is great, works well, delivery was prompt and customer service was impeccable.

Got this over a week ago. I havent seen massive results but its like a facial treatment everytime i put it on

The scrub mask was excellent, opened up my pores and skin felt smooth. The peel off mask was amazing, did exactly what it should, peeled off easily even though it wasn't a thick layer (removed any left with a wet towel).
The moisturiser was a little bit disappointing, too oily and i had to wash it out :(
Definately will be using the face masks again!

So I've used the peel and moisturiser for the first time today. Yes I agree you can see a goodish result but I'm wondering if the redness and burning is normal.. my face is bright red never had problems like this before. Hoping it is as I think after a few times I've used I will see a massive difference. Quick delivery though 😊

Delivery was quick! Product was easy to use and seems to work on the top/ loose black heads. didnt manage to get the deeper ones. skin feels cleaner. I will use it again.

Its really great as it clears out the blackheads and my face looks much more clearer and fresh i truely recommend this product.

Delivery came quickly, lovely product.. Only thing I'd say is you can't put a thin layer of the mask on otherwise is doesn't peel off properly, a thicker layer peels off fine. Just use warm water to get the thin bits off.. Otherwise very good

I have tried many masks ! This is number one ! Very effective and I would suggest using it after shower so the skin pores can be open and that makes the mask much more effective! It's just perfect !

Really fun to use but it gives me little spots about two days after using

My boyfriend and I have been using this as directed for the last 3 weeks and I have noted noticeable differences in the size of our pores - especially on my nose. Would highly recommend this product and company. The black gel is manageable and smells great, skin feels amazing afterwards.

Emailed using zendesk option on the website (4262) as my order was 1 day late. I had no reply.
Finally my order arrived today. However ONE OF THE GIFT SETS I ORDERED IS COMPLETELY MISSING!!! I would like to speak to someone immediately about this. Not only was my order late half of it isn't even there!!
The invoice correctly says 2 gift sets and yet only 1 was in the box. I want someone to email me back immediately. This is a very irritating error. I need a refund of one of the gift sets or assurance that the other half of my order will definitely be on it's way.
I am very, very unhappy. They were both for gifts as presents and now not only is one late, I can't even give my other friend anything!!
Also the lack of contact is deplorable: nobody has replied AT ALL.
And there isn't a phone number so the customer service by this company is extremely poor.

Excellent customer service...product wise...I believe it cleans impurities...not blackheads...and it is sooo hard to remove, not at all easy as in the video.

I love this product. It works really well. My skin has never been so good and clear. I would be lost without it.

I really love the Jorgobe products and they came in 3 days so I cant really complain, only recommend this brand and customer service too.

What a great product! Customer Service was very helpful and delivery super fast. I love the mask and use it all the time. You can really see what comes out of your skin. I also got the tea tree cream and its just fabulous. Keep up the good job guys! I look forward to seeing more products from you in future.

I suffer from deep pores and blackheads on my nose and was ridiculously impressed with the results. Left my skin noticeably cleaner, smoother and revitalised!

I dont regret for a second in buying this stuff. Super awesome mask you leave in your face for about 20 minutes and peeled it off after it...deep clean is the word to describe what you'll see once you peel it off. Skin looks great, fast delivery and impeccable packaging.
Will buy it again. :) :) :)
