This summer, after my purchase of a PHEV, I wanted to install a Zappi charger for my EV and future EVs. One thing lead to another and we ended up installing a complete 6KWh PV array and a storage battery as well as the myenergi Zappi and Eddi PV diverter for the hot watertank. This was not an upsell, but my own request.
Stewart and his team at Jorro were brilliant. A huge number of emails were always responded as i had many queries and they guided me through the various grant and loan applications at every step of the way.
On the day of the installation, they were perfectly on time and coordinated as well as tidy and efficient. They were done with all the technical parts on day one but they had to return on day 2 (from the opposite side of Scotland!) as there were some parts missing from the manufacturer and some minor software issues that they helped me address. They have even responded to a couple of queries I had post installation.
I would wholeheartedly reccomend this team to anyone intersted in EV Chargers or solar+battery installations. I have already ordered extra work through them and reccomended them to others

From initial contact to EV charger installation completion, there was a professionalism that gave a feeling of being in safe hands. Guidance with grants available was especially very helpful as this was new territory. Initial contact was made based on a recommendation. I have no hesitation in passing on that recommendation.

We used Jorro initially to install our Zappi car charger which was done professionally and cleanly by two friendly engineers. Compared to other installations I've seen in our neighbourhood, ours looks much better, e.g. all cables ducted with proper isolation and fusing. They even offered to pre-cable for a solar installation that we didn't have. After that we didn't hesitate to engage Jorro to build our solar solution, the experience of which was equally positive. I have since recommended Jorro to family and friends and have no hesitation in doing so here.

We first contacted Jorro a year ago for the supply and installation of our Zappi which went very smoothly, we were impressed with the service Stewart and his team. We had no hesitation in approaching Jorro for the supply and installation of Solar PV and battery storage and didn't look for quotes from anywhere else as we felt we had found a business we could trust. Throughout the process Stewart was responsive with questions and very patient with the inevitable Covid delays we have had in proceeding with our order. Richard came up to undertake a site visit prior to installation and led his installation team who arrived promptly and had everything installed flawlessly within the day. We're delighted already with the performance of the equipment and everything was explained thoroughly to us. We have no hesitation in recommending Jorro.

Very professional install from the initial install team who did the main cable run and powered up the unit to the commissioning engineer who then took the rest of the project to a successful conclusion.
Nothing was a problem to them and they took the time to explain all aspects of how to interrogate the box for the user data from my RFID tags etc. Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and to friends.

Very easy and straight forward to deal with. Made one visit to check area where charger was to be installed and then back for 2 hours to install. Neat and tidy good job !

I was recommended to Jorro by my car dealership. The whole process was very simple. Filled in a questionnaire and submitted with a few pictures of fuse box location. Called to discuss best options for me and guided me through the process of grant application. Lesley in the office was very helpful and responsive. Install booked and 2 engineers turned up and did a great job - very neat. I was expecting a cable going along inside my garage wall but they put everything in cable trunking. No problems at all from my point of view.

Positive experience with this company and will be recommending anyone who needs a charge point installed. I had an issue connecting my charger to the wifi but they went above and beyond to fix the problem and get me up and running. Thanks again for the help

From start to finish the company and its Employees were Professional and courteous. I was given the correct information regarding application for grants etc.
The installation was arranged very quickly after the grant was approved and the two installers completed the job as discussed without fuss. I have a great looking EV charging point and would be happy to recommend.

Jorro were the only company that timeously replied to my initial email enquiry. From this we were quickly able to progress with EV chargepoint model selection and planning of the installation, it was all done via email, with no faff. Their superb administrator Lesley then guided me through the convoluted process of EST and OLEV grant application, once the latter was approved we booked the installation date with minimal delay. The two installers turned up on time, very friendly and fully compliant with Covid regulations. They did a tidy installation with minimal mess and left with everyone in high spirits. I could not have asked for a better service from start to finish. Very happy with my shiny new EO Mini Pro EV chargepoint. Simply brilliant and highly recommended!

Jorro were very efficient and informative during the initial phase of grant application and appliance selection. There were a couple of steps/actions I needed to take but this was no problem as Jorro pointed me in the right direction. The installation process was also very efficient and neat.

The advise was fine as I wanted to avoid WiFi and all is working well via 3G. The process of communicating was a fairly slow and ineffective as e-mail attachments were not always mentioned so remained unnoticed by me and it took several wasteful emails before that came to the fore.

From the quote provided to the installation Jorro and their staff were excellent. The installation was on time, on budget and with no fuss. The electricians were courteous, professional and helpful.

Super friendly. It's quite a faff getting an EV charger installed, particularly in an old building. The guys doing the install were brilliant though. Very much recomended.
