DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! They will not respond to emails, they have our new table in storage but will not send it out despite asking repeatedly for it to be sent, they will not refund for our table that has split and we’ve been waiting months and months and months and months

What was good: once it arrived, our custom-made home office desk was excellent - just what we wanted.

What wasn't so good: the initial response & finalising designs for our desk was great. Then there were seemingly endless delays. Chase up messages were ignored, excuses seemed thin. Very frustrating - we ended up waiting an extra 2 months for delivery.

We ordered a table on the 23rd October and we were assured that it would be delivered by the start of December and definitely in time for Christmas. There was very little communication throughout the process and I had to email a number of times to get a delivery update. Eventually delivery was booked for 18th December but when the courier came the table was the wrong size. It was much smaller than the one we ordered. We spoke to J+R who said they would investigate what had happened with the courier company. From this point on the customer service was really disappointing. The courier company denied any mistakes and eventually, after constantly chasing for updates, J+R said they would just have to make another table but it could obviously not be done until after Christmas. Although they apologised, there was little effort to do anything and in the end they accepted that they had probably made the wrong table. They initially offered us some free cleaning products but eventually under pressure from us gave us a 5% discount. We had to chase up constantly for updates on the new table and it was finally delivered on the 18th January. It took another 2 weeks to get the small discount refunded. The table is lovely and we are very happy with it but the process was long and drawn out and the customer service was very disappointing.

After finding your site online, making an order and receiving our table we are over the moon. Such good quality, looks amazing and has changed our dining room completely. We are so happy with everything from ease of ordering, customer service, timely updates and contact to delivery - this is a very professional service.

I can't rate J&R highly enough from initial contact through to delivery. I had a bespoke TV unit made, and nothing was too much trouble. The unit arrived on time and is stunning. The workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought beautifully made bar table and stools for our kitchen. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the company kept us informed timely throughout the process from ordering to delivery. Delivery was delayed by 1 day due to reasons outside of the control of Josef and Rosco and the delivery company bur I am giving 5 stars as the delivery company dealt with the delay very professionally and were flexible in rearranging it with me. Definitely we recommend Josef and Rosco and would buy from them again

The workmanship and quality are first class - it’s heavy and solid just as I was hoping and looks beautiful in my new kitchen diner. We ordered a Josef & Rosco X Frame Farmhouse dining table with bench, with an oak top and the grey stain/wash. The order process was simple but the delivery date was pushed back a couple of weeks with no communication from J&R (just us calling them). Once it arrived the table is very well made and looks really beautiful in our kitchen, but the grey wash we paid extra for was not really showing on the wood - just in the knots of the wood and nowhere else. It looks like Oak but with some grey knots, so a bit strange and not the colour we expected. Myself and my husband called, emailed and text multiple times to get this sorted out - J&R just did not respond or communicate with us to get this sorted out. Thats the reason for the 3 stars I am afraid... Great products but shockingly bad customer service.

I have just taken delivery of a reclaimed oak extendable table (spider leg) and a bench seat. All made to measure to fit our tiny cottage. It is beautiful, the care and craftmanship are obvious. It took longer than we thought but so worth the wait. Just love love love it. Delivery was easy and well communicated. No complaints.

The desk I received is absolutely stunning, a piece of furniture you can be proud of! I did have a bit of an issue, which was quickly resolved by the amazing team at Josef+Rosco. What you get is a high quality product, great customer service and peace of mind that if something is not quite right, you won’t be left alone. I will definitely be ordering again!

Even though Josef had suffered multiple issues with couriers I can not fault his service and my dining table and bench are amazing. Communication was great, the products is fantastic and We need more people like Josef in the world. I can’t give this guy enough praise or recommend him highly enough.

From the very start I received excellent service from these guys. They responded to my enquiry within hours and made me a beautiful TV cabinet in a slightly larger size at no extra cost. Delivery was excellent too.

Excellent service from these guys. Great to see a small business doing well and so deserved. My console unit is fantastic. Not a cheap piece of furniture but well made and will last a life time. A really lovely piece of hand crafted furniture. I would highly recommend this business.

I ordered the Sleek Industrial Shelving Unit from Josef+Rosco and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It is well-made/built and the level of craftsmanship is of a very high standard. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and it complements my living room really well.

Although it arrived a week later than I expected, and there was some difficulties with arranging with the delivering company a slot that would work for me, after talking to Josef+Rosco, they were able to streamline the process and find a workable solution.

I thought when ordering the shelving unit that it was on the expensive side but after receiving it and having had it for about a month, I can definitely say that it was worth the money and the time waiting for it. It is indeed a beautiful and high-quality piece of furniture.

I will definitely order from them again!
