After two years of using this website, I can no longer log in to my account. I've tried everything and nothing works. Simply says that no account with my email exists, yet my website is up and they are charging me money monthly. They do NOT reply to emails, so I have no other choice but to report them.

Keeps on charging you after the subscription is cancelled and there is no way to contact them as they do not reply to emails. Currently having to try and get my money back as a dispute. Not sure why they think its okay to keep peoples card details and keep recharging when they do not have a subscription and no outstanding balance with carbonmade.

Very easy to use site for building a portfolio, worth the cost vs building from scratch. Features are amazingly user friendly and the team is very helpful - had a feature request and MONTHS later they updated me in an email this was now available.

They deleted my account for their new platform. Which is the same exact thing as before. No option to keep any of the old information, just gone. Terrible way to keep old customers

Carbonnade does not let you download your own content. You can only back it up to Drop Box which is a poorly designed storage system. With Drop Box, they do not notify you (or let you cancel) duplicate files soy are forced into a premium model. Try PortfolioBox, Cargo, Fabric, Coroflot, Dribble, or Behance instead.

AVOID Carbonmade at all costs. Do not trust their countdown timer "days until you go live..." that runs in the banner at the top of their interface if you are building a website before you sign up for a membership. THEY WILL DELETE ALL YOUR WORK without consent and without notification based on a completely different time limit they impose on users that are trying out for free. Their IRRESPONSIBLE business practice is to totally delete user's work with no recourse. There are many more REPUTABLE website services available other than Carbonmade. The added bonus of Carbonmade is that it seems like ONE person is running the whole "customer service" department, so be prepared for lengthy response times to your email-only inquiries. Forget about locating a phone number, LOL, Millennials don't talk on the phone...

I have been using Carbonmade for a few years and I always liked their clean platform for portfolios, however, in June I switched to their $12/month plan from their $18/month. And since then, I've been charged $12 four times on the same day they process my card for my one $12 monthly plan - so I've been paying $48/month for their service for 6 months without realizing. I have never had this happen to me with any subscription before, this is predatory and for this reason I do not recommend their platform for this reason unless they issue me a refund.
