It was definitely worth the wait for my leather notebook cover to arrive. The quality is spot on, with minimalistic stitching and a very subtle and small logo on the back. It holds a Field Notes Kraft notebook perfectly and I love how it comes with one as part of the package. The integrated pen holder is a dream, fitting a wide range of pens due to its flexibility.
Overall, top marks for this!

We have just received our wax/wool sitting mats. They are beautifully made with quality stitching, amazing workmanship. Hand made not fairy reproductions. We bought on of each size, my wife has the smaller I have the bigger so our small dog can share it with me. We will definitely buy again. My one will be travelling with me in July to Finland.

I purchased 2 leather stitched belts and key belt keepers, the quality of the leather is very good, the hand stitching is neat, I brought the belts and key keepers for my son, he loved them said belts very comfortable and liked how he could get keys out of his pocket easily while on key keeper.

I purchased one of journeymans Wax canvas rucksacks many years ago now and I have to say it is being absolutely brilliant.

I've carried it every single day taking it to multiple countries and it has held up amazingly well.

I have a few items from Journeyman, my scout pack has become my go to everyday bag, I've been using it for a while now and it's still going strong. I also got the wax blend, as it restores the canvas and keeps my bag looking fresh.

I also have a leather belt I've been using everyday for years, and it still looks brand new!

Really happy with my bucksaw carry case from Journeyman Handcraft. I had a couple of questions before ordering and got quick, helpful replies. The guy was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff. It’s just one person making everything by hand, which makes the whole experience feel way more personal than buying from a big brand.

The case itself is spot on. Properly made, solid stitching, quality materials. You can tell a lot of care went into it. And it was made and shipped from the UK, which is a big plus for me.

If you're after something built to last and made with pride, I’d definitely recommend this.

Appalling customer service. Never replies to emails. sent out the wrong item. Have sent 10+ emails and no response. I understand that Brian is a solo business, but check your emails and honour your word. Ive given up. Avoid.

I had a bad experience dealing with Journeyman. Unfortunately, they were not approachable or professional throughout our interaction. Very difficult to work with, which made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be.

Lack of communication and a poor customer-focused approach. I would not recommend working with them based on my experience.
