the parcel was fairly damaged by the company who delivered the article. The items inside were still OK.

The item I bought was out of stock, but it didn't say that on the item when I bought it.
There was no email to tell me it was out of stock until I sent an email asking if it had been shipped!

Joy baby 4 Draw. Very heavy, came in three large flat packs. Finished product looks good and happy with purchase, however, it was very difficult to put together!! The instructions are visual only, not in writing and was like IKEA on steroids! There were SO many pieces and instructions were difficult to interpret and they were not true to the image. The top two draws did not align correctly and some lateral thinking and playing around with the height of the runners was necessary to get them level and for the draws to close flush. Has a couple small chips on delivery and I never heard back from the customer care about tracking as was never sent tracking information for its delivery.

Excellent service, shipped quickly and well packed and priced. Items were very good quality and better in real life than the picture on the website. Could not be happier, ordered on the weekend and received delivery on Thursday

Wow - I was nervous putting furniture together but all the parts and screws were marked and the paint is beautiful thick than most & bright. The characters are as large as life as the photos. My child spent days searching and then picking her favourite and we’re very happy customers. Would definitely buy products again and recommend. Thankyou.

Fantastic service was delivered within a day or 2 and the guy that delivered the box did a great job putting the box right next to my front door. I have a large dog and really Dred deliveries as he starts his whole barking i own this property thing🤣 he had no idea so again well done. Thanks again i no my daughter will adore as she had seen the pictures and begged for the one i got. She wants for her teddys and most are for small dolls. Thanks again.💞
