The prcoess was very confusing and the customer service is very rude and unhelpful as well as being unprofessional. We ordered to the UAE and once the package arrived they made excuses as to why we were unable to receive it. The delivery company is unreliable and they blamed us they we didn't pick up the package when it was supposed to be delivered to our address. They then refused to offer a refund so this is a very unreliable website. I would not recommend buying shirts from here.
