The shipping process took WAY to long, and the product is sub-standard. The artwork I got was in a frame without glass. For $27.99, that's ridiculous. Also, the "24/7" chat on the website does not work.

My item was damaged upon delivery. I reached out to them requesting a refund. They responded requesting a picture of the damaged item which I sent to them. I've not heard from them since. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again. It was a gift which is now worthless to me and the intended recipient.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company…I wouldn’t have wasted my money! I ordered a sea glass picture. It took several weeks for it to arrive. It was not as pictured on the website and was very cheaply made. It’s definitely not real sea glass and overall just very poor quality. I will never display it anywhere! I considered returning it but am not going to bother due to the cost to send it back plus it sounds like, according to reviews, I may never see the refund. Don’t waste your time and money shopping on this site!! I would give zero stars if I could.

Please do not buy their sea glass art. They have stolen the images they are using from my Etsy shop, as well as other shops. I have had many people reach out to me after they received their order from joyfulfeel- they can't get a hold of anyone there, so they search and find me. The 'art' they received looks like it was made by a child. They don't use real sea glass, they are very messy. They even stole my descriptions from my shop - except (ofcoarse) the part where it says not to steal my images or designs. Very frustrating how many people are losing their money to this company. They ignore all the cease and desist orders I sent.

I wouldn’t give any stars to joyful feel if it was possible. I ordered several Christmas ornaments from them & when I received them they were broken. The way they packed them for shipping was done haphazardly with no care taken. I asked for a refund & they shipped more of the ornaments instead. The second shipment arrived all broken too. I requested again a refund. They claimed they could only give a 15% refund. What a joke! After receiving such horrendously broken items, I was told I could glue them back together myself. If I wanted a do it yourself craft that’s what I would’ve ordered. This company is a joke & doesn’t stand behind any policies that they have posted on their website. I will never order from them again. I would highly recommend that nobody else order from them either. Very disappointed in absolutely everything about this company. Their product & customer service is terrible. Once again, I will never purchase anything from them again! I ordered from them on 10/17/25 & it took until 1/9/26 to get my measly 15% refund for ornaments that were ALL broken.

Too many items were packed in a very small box. Some of the stones on the ornaments were broken off. They advertise an address in the US, but goods were shipped from China and it took over 2 weeks to get this Christmas gift, which arrived in Jan. Customer service offered to send glue to glue the pieces back on. I would spend your money elsewhere, these are not worth the cost.

My order says it was delivered 7 days ago! I never received it. When I tried to get the company to fix this, they said I had to handle it myself with the shipping company. Even though they charged me for the shipping at the time of order. The company is in China and there is not easy way to contact them. I can only assume this company is a scam. DO not waste your money.

I ordered ornaments on October 26 by the end of November I still haven’t received it. They said they couldn’t find the address I complained to my bank put in a dispute. I don’t have the product nor do I have my money back yet.

Very cheap looking compared to the picture. Items were not individually wrapped and half of the stones came off in shipping. When I complained and asked for a significant discount, they said to glue them back on and only offered 5% back. Very over priced for what you got. I wish I had checked reviews before I purchased.

Anyone who wrote a positive review on here is lying!! The ornament is a piece of crap!! It took a month to receive from China even though it’s supposed to be from the US. The ornament was in a small paper box with no protection or wrapping. A piece of the glass broke during transport and they said to “glue it back on”. It’s a scam and a piece of crap!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

This website is stealing products from legitimate Etsy sellers and then manufacturing them in China with terrible product quality. Would not recommend.

I ordered SEA GLASS Christmas ornaments. When they arrived, a month later, they were plastic with a piece of sea glass on the front. The description was a sea glass ornament, not plastic. There is glue everywhere. They look like a $2 ornament from the Dollar Tree. I would be embarrassed to give these to my friends. I have contacted the company numerous times and they refuse to provide information on how to return and get a refund. BUYER BEWARE.
