Wish I'd found JPHA sooner! They're EXCELLENT!
JPHA are my go-to first choice spirits supplier since I discovered them.
Their prices are great, with some AMAZING offers and attentive customer service. I was a bit dubious at some of their super low prices, but there's nothing to worry about. The stock is genuine and the offers are made possible by their bulk buying power.
The bottles are packed very safely and the deliveries are fast, traceable, reliable and on time.
I wish I'd found JPHA sooner!

Good customer service
I placed an order with JPHA who unfortunately chose DPD as the courier. True to form DPD messed up the delivery and went to the wrong address. JPHA followed this up promptly, apologised and proactively made a small refund on the order for the missed delivery even though it was clearly the fault of the inept courier. Often the best way if judging a business is how they respond when something goes wrong, and JPHA went out of their way to resolve the issue.

Would 100% recommend JPHA
Bought a 21 year old Glenfiddich for a 21st Birthday present. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Delighted with the presentation of the bottle, as i'm sure the recipient will also be. Would 100% recommend JPHA.
