Just returned from Egypt booked by Lisa great hotel recommended by Lisa. Great service as usual booked a few trips now she goes above and beyond for her customers. Arranged a free private transfer and checked us in got boarding passes emailed. All hassle free.

Lisa handled our trip to Florida and a large booking for 10 people! We had to do a last minute change of accommodation for personal reasons and despite being peak time for Lisa in January she sorted this out quickly & smoothly. So far booked 3 holidays with Lisa and will continue to do so! Fab service x

Booking with Lisa was so easy. We reached out got prices and lots of advice for our trip to New York. She gave us options for flights which we hadn’t thought about and made sure we had all the information about the hotels we we were considering to help make choosing easier.
Lisa was always at contactable with any questions and even thought of things with the booking that we didn’t.
We had an amazing trip and Lisa made that happen. Would not hesitate to book again.

Having come across Lisa 2 years ago, i won't go anywhere else. having the comfort of knowing that she is at the end of a call or message has us as a family relaxed and ready to go. whether it was a few days away or our trip to Agadir. We originally looked for our xmas/new year holiday to Hurghada Egypt with easyJet & TUI and narrowing it down to a few hotels but the price was a little above our budget, so for the first time (a little apprehensive ) I thought I will see what the independent travel companies can do, so glad I did!
Lisa was fantastic with communication explaining everything and getting a very good price & a little bonus of private transfers with Scott (her husband). Felt so much more comfortable knowing Scott would be there to greet us.
Although we didn’t go on any trips this time I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lisa & Scott for trips also. Communication is super quick.
We will definitely be contacting Lisa for our future trips anywhere in the world.

After failing to find the holiday we wanted ourselves we contacted Lisa. Lisa took a note of our wish list and promptly got back to us with a great deal for disneyland paris. Everything went smoothly. Lisa was always on hand to answer any questions.

Lisa booked myself and partner the gran prix at Abu Dhabi , we had a fantastic time , from the booking to our holiday fantastic communication from lisa.

Dealt with Lisa @ JRT Travel whilst on Holiday in Egypt her service was excellent so when came back decided to actually go through her for my complete package holiday for 2026, can not have been more helpful, found me a great deal and can not be happier with the service, highly recommend and will be using for years to come.

Lisa and Scott went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing birthday on my first trip to dolphin house always kept in contact and are very friendly approached they do amazing at there job and make sure everything goes smoothly with your trip aswell your transport Lisa has helped me prior to coming out to Hurghada aswell as being out here and will defo be using them again when we come back out hopefully next year

JRT travel helped me booked my first family holiday. With a mix of teenagers and a toddler the team helped me find the perfect resort with something for everyone staying within my budget. I booked a desert quad bike safari in hurghada for my husband and daughter. They were absolutely thrilled with their day, which included a camel ride and a visit to a bedouin village. The uide was knowledgeable, the transfers were prompt and Lisa checked in at every step to make sure things were running according to plan. Also reasonably priced, and all together made one of the best experiences of the holiday. Thank you Lisa, I wish we had found you earlier the holiday!
