Thought the repair took a long time, took a week to order the parts/paint and I only heard my car was ready through Enterprise, who were chasing me for return of the hire car! Although when speaking to staff/reception were very helpful.

Great quality, quick service and kept up to date with communications all the way through. Would definitely use again!

Overall I’d say my experience was satisfactory, I have 2 complaints though, one being the telephone manner of the person they sent to collect my vehicle. Although he was actually a nice guy. His telephone manner is terrible. When he first called me to collect my car he got my back up with the way he addressed me. But despite him being a little rough around the edges. He was actually a really cool guy.
My other complaint was the team sorting out the excess fee. Despite the back and forth between me having to contact my insurance and JS coach the relevant information wasn’t being trickled down to the appropriate people and twice I was told I had to pay an excess fee, when I in fact I didn’t. If we ignore those two incidents I’d like to actually thank JS Coach works and the mechanics who fixed my car. You’d never know it had any previous damage. And also a thank you for giving my car a wash etc.

They did a lovely job on my car & kept me informed of all they were doing. When it was returned it was also cleaned.

Well where do I start with JS coachworks sidcup, from the receptionists to the engineering team to the delivery drivers! The service received was first class.

I had my truck repaired there through an insurance claim and the works carried out were amazing. The truck was involved in another unfortunate accident parked on the road and I requested the truck go back to JS and once again the job they have done is again brilliant I can’t thank you enough. The whole team are very thoughtful even preparing a piece of kit that I need to change myself and making it easy for me to do!

For GDPR purposes I can’t mention names but the employees I have dealt with in these departments have been exemplary

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job of the repair, the car was like new and immaculate when I received it back, can’t recommend highly enough.

Good communication, good repair. Very helpful in terms of letting me have the car back whilst waiting delivery for a minor part and then fitting it is quick time when it arrived. Proper service which seems to be rare nowadays.

So glad the Third Party insurers sent us to JS! They’ve been brilliant as they were when we were hit before and can’t fault their communication or the work they do. Recommended

A professional and friendly service and the repair seems to be first class. However the estimated time was 7 to 10 working days. It appears the job was quite simple and only took 4 hours. A better time estimate would assist a customer to plan their arrangements.
