I first visited JSK Aesthetics in 2024 for my first ever lip filler appointment. My biggest concern was the asymmetry in my lips, but she immediately put me at ease, listened to what I wanted, and achieved a beautifully balanced result.

More recently, around two months ago, I returned for a signature lip dissolve and refill treatment. I was incredibly nervous, but she was so reassuring throughout the whole appointment. She even gave me a stress ball to help me relax, which was such a thoughtful touch. She explained why she chooses the dissolver she uses over other products, which gave me even more confidence in the treatment. The whole process was much quicker and easier than I expected, and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m so happy with the final result – my lips look amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JSK Aesthetics to anyone looking for someone who is skilled, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their clients.

I would like to share my amazing experience with Joanna and tell you my story. I had a lip filler done elsewhere 3 years ago and it was done very badly , left me with uneven looking lips. There was no other option then dissolve the filler. I went for a patch test to some clinic in central London but I had an allergic reaction unfortunately to hylauronidase and the clinic didnt want to treat me, they didn’t even respond to my message the next day, they ignored me. I was desperately looking for help but all the practitioners I was reaching out to seemed to be avoidant as soon as I mentioned the previous allergic reaction.
Then one day I received response from Joanna who was so kind and understanding. She invited me to have a meeting with her and her prescriber. After that I had another appointment where I was offered patch test with diluted hylauronidase and I had no reaction to that .
I was thrilled !!! Joanna treated my lips the same day. She was very gentle, careful and professional. She is very skilled and talented and a wonderful human being same time. I will never forget her good heart and kindness. If you need any injectable treatment she is the one to go to honestly ! She would never do anything to harm her client like other practitioners do. She would tell you if something is not for you. Absolutely the best !

Joanna is great at making you feel comfortable and she explained everything so clearly, making sure to clarify and answer any questions I had. I truly believe she has your interest as priority (I.e. she wouldn’t do a procedure she didn’t think suited you). I truly trust her the whole experience and she was very professional and friendly. In terms of the procedure, it was exactly as I asked for and painless!

Joana was absolutely wonderful!! She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted and ensured I would be happy with the results. She was very thorough and I only experienced mild pain to which I was very pleased with as previously I have found the treatment quite painful, all thanks to her technique! I absolutely recommend her, the clinic is very nice and relaxing. She was extremely professional and talked through everything to ensure I was well informed. I am extremely pleased with this experience and definitely recommend Joana!
