Excellent Service
Jason is very professional and hard working. Arrived on time, helped remove two shed loads that had been sat in the garden for weeks, so isn't afraid to get stuck in and get his hands dirty.
Definitely would recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Jason and his team were absolutely…
Jason and his team were absolutely brilliant. Unbelievably hard working, didn’t stop for 6 hours, not even have a break. Were very calm and guided us through a stressful day. Even dismantled some furniture that we don’t realise wouldn’t go down the stairs.
Such a pleasure having a team like this just take care of everything when you have so much else going on.
Worth every penny.

Our moving day turned into a nightmare
Our moving day turned into a nightmare. We went with Jason even though his quote was higher because he promised to be flexible and professional. Sadly, that’s not how it turned out.
Once we got to the new place, he suddenly demanded £400 more, saying he hadn’t realised there were steps at the property. We were basically cornered — either pay or risk not having our belongings unloaded. It was such an awful position to be put in.
It’s really shaken my trust, and I’d hate for anyone else to go through the same. Please be careful if you’re considering using this mover.

Since our initial interaction, your primary focus has been on negotiating the terms of our proposal.
Several matters require clarification.
On the day of packing, the team arrived at 10:30 AM. In each room we entered, both you and your partner expressed a preference to personally pack your belongings.
Subsequently, we proceeded to transport the packed boxes downstairs and then meticulously wrapped all furniture items to optimize efficiency on the moving day.
On the scheduled moving day, a team of five individuals arrived with two Luton vans precisely at noon and worked continuously for 10.5 hours, completing four runs in total.
It is important to note that Kami did not disclose the presence of two flights of stairs (each exceeding 10 steep steps) at the new property, nor the parking restrictions applicable to our company vans.
I will gladly solicit feedback from Adam and his partner, the new proprietors of your former property, as your departure, driven by an unwillingness to incur additional expenses for supplementary vehicles to ensure a timely exit, resulted in significant disruption.
Given the substantial volume of over 75 fully loaded boxes, an American fridge freezer, a marble-top table, a super king-size bed (each exceeding 150kg), and numerous additional furniture items, all requiring transport up two flights of stairs, our team will expend significant effort. Our pricing reflects this demanding scope of work.
It is important to note that Kami has not provided any feedback regarding the quality of our work or the effort invested in facilitating his expedited relocation.
The client requested same-day sofa disposal, which we agreed to accommodate. However, due to a high volume of work that day, I was unable to provide a direct quotation for this service.
We shook hands, and the team wished you and your family well, especially with the arrival of your newborn baby.
Kami promptly wired the additional £400 the following day, without any undue pressure or coercion.
We provided a quote of £100 for the disposal of all cardboard and packing materials, which the client subsequently demanded be provided at no charge.
Regrettably, Kami subsequently threatened to damage our reputation over this matter, but we maintained our position and declined the disposal assignment.
I will caution all service providers to be vigilant regarding these two individuals..

Be careful! 20% increase to the price for no reason
Jason quoted us £1,800 for our move, which was already higher than other quotes, but he offered flexibility around our completion date. While we had done most of the packing ourselves and he and his team only spent about two hours moving boxes, on the day of the move he demanded an extra £400 because there were a few steps at the new house which he hadn’t factored in. This was more than a 20% increase on the original quote.
We had no real choice but to agree, as he effectively held our belongings hostage until we accepted the additional payment. After I made the payment, he also changed his mind about disposing of a sofa, which he had previously agreed to include in the price.
Be very careful if you are using this company. I am submitting a case to my bank, as I’m not sure he would have agreed to offload our items had I refused to pay the extra charge.

Amal and akshay are 10/10…
Amal and akshay were the team I worked with. Excellent as always. I’ve used them 3 times now. They never cause any issues, they are hygienic and they don’t smell of smoke! (Past experience is that a lot of movers do!!) they did the work they were meant to, and even helped my parents move some heavy furniture around the house. They never say no and never cause an issue, and never huff and puff at their job. Honestly excellent. Can’t recommend them enough. They were even polite enough to remove shoes in the house when taking furniture.

Short notice/tight squeeze move handled brilliantly
Needed to book a relatively short notice move and Jason and his team had the best online reviews with many praising how efficient and friendly they were. We spoke over WhatsApp and he was able to book me in for the day I requested, and was upfront with me about the potential for some of my furniture needing to be dismantled (which would add extra time/cost). The team arrived a little late (about 25 mins), but I was notified about this prior to their booked arrival time. Absolutely stress free loading and unloading, with friendly/helpful movers and they even drove me up to the new property in the van. Unfortunately my sofa wouldn’t fit (but they gave it 3 goes!) and neither would my large ikea bookcase. After a number of tries with the bookcase, they agreed to disassemble and fit back together. I was pleased that this was presented as an option prior to the move so that I knew they could do this/what I would be spending. Overall a fantastic experience. Will definitely be using them in future and would highly recommend to anyone.
