I had ordered almost 3 weeks back and I've yet to get any further notic regarding my order (other than confirmation). I tried emailing, calling and texting, yet no response.

I had placed my order on 29th June 2023. It has been 15 days now and I have not received my order yet. Per the website, I understand that an order shall be delivered within 7-10days. Please improve your delivery process.

No update on shipment neither there is delivery. What kind of vendor are you who asks for review but no delivery or its also an automated mail to customer??

My order #13375 is not received till now and also i didn't got my refund till now.

Very poor customer service..fraud company .. everything is fake..phone nuber , mail , insta everything is fake..they don't reply to u ..i had order my product 10days ago and not received any update regarding my product ..if u run any company alteast give reply to ur customer..if u can't reply then don't run such company

The order is not delivered and there is no response on when the order will be delivered! Very bad experience. Would not recommend this to anyone else.

Good product delivered on time

The item received was defective , the tumbler had leaking issues and it was not able to maintain the temperature of fluid in it.

The worst ever. The frame was broken, the scanner didn't work. Very low quality. Was ashamed to gift it to my friend. Don't buy guys!! There are tones of websites with great quality at this price.

This company is a total fraud .They print 4 star reviews on FB but service is utterly poor!! I ordered an item which took an everlasting time to get shipped and then didn't come to its delivered location and then without contacting me ,the item went back to its shipping location. I tried to contact them multiple times through email , WhatsApp and customer care number but NO ONE RESPONDED!! What's the use of keeping a customer care service if no one bothers to attend your grievances!! I would recommend that NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM THIS SITE !! I don't even have any hopes left that this review will make them take action for their irresponsibility.
