I placed an order with this company over a month ago and have yet to receive it, I have been attempting to contact them via phone, but my calls have gone unanswered, I suspect that this company may be engaging in fraudulent activities, please exercise caution.

I paid over $60.00 they only refunded me half and never received the glucose monitor. Now I can see why after the reviews how bad this company is just full of lies told me I couldn’t cancel cause they sent it already like half hour later then got told I will receive product and get my refund back well that was a lie so don’t order from this company a rip off

I purchased a glucose monitor and they sent me the cheapest pulse oximeter so have been requesting a refund for the last few months which they have said they have issued the refund but have never received one. Worst company and don't EVER buy anything from them. Lesson learned!!

After I received this product I let them know I wanted to return it and they promised that they will give me a refund I’ve been waiting for two months and they keep telling me that the refund was issued they are not a company that I would ever buy from too bad they are not regulated not to scam people.

I spent a lot of money to purchase a non invasive sugar monitor and was sent some shonky cheap pulse oxygen monitor instead. I even paid for shipping protection.
I will never purchase from this company again. Let's see how difficult it will be to get a refund.

I ordered a blood glucose meter. Was overcharged on my credit card. Received a broken oximeter. Got a partial reimbursement and told to keep the item, which promptly went to the garbage. Advertised 29.99US, deducted 66$ CA.
Will never order from this company and I strongly advise everyone to write a review. Had I read these prior, I never would have ordered. Lesson learned, reviews do matter.

Waited 2 months for my order and could have went to a toy shop and bought it for 5 dollars. Not gonna waste anymore time with joijoy. Two months were plenty. I will NEVER deal with them again!!!

On June 8th, I bought a Non-prick (non-invasive) blood sugar glucometer (brand Nelesmy)worth about 39 US dollars in all shipping included ON JUIJOY WEBSITE.
My card was charged 2 times for amounts of 53.16 and 16.80 US dollars by a Company-USMONOIX in New York. NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT. Attempted to contact them. No success. Had to report it as fraud to my bank.

Items received were not what was ordered. Way cheaper and half the functions. No way to return without jpeg confirmation.
