I’ve used up my entire daily allowance on Jujubit’s AI model-generation tool, and unfortunately, the results have still been quite disappointing—especially when generating the **rear view of a model**.

The front, left, and right views were generally okay, but once the original model becomes more complex and detailed, the AI struggles to accurately replicate what is shown in the reference images. The rear view in particular tends to lose important details, change proportions, or interpret components differently from the original design.

One of my biggest frustrations is that **once a model has been generated, there doesn’t appear to be a practical way to edit or refine that existing result**. Even when the generated model is very close to what I want, I can’t simply make a few specific corrections. Instead, I have to regenerate an entirely new AI model from scratch, without being able to use the previous generation as a reference and tell the AI exactly what needs to be changed.

Because of this, I’ve actually had to use other AI platforms such as ChatGPT to create very specific visual instructions and projection references of the original model—front, rear, left, and right views—before transferring those references into Jujubit. Even after doing all of that extra preparation, Jujubit still doesn’t consistently reproduce the model the way I’m looking for.

The concept behind the platform is good, and I can see it being useful for simpler designs or for people who are comfortable accepting some imperfections. However, if you are working with complex mechanical designs, model kits, mecha, or anything where small details and accurate proportions matter, the limitations become much more noticeable.

If you’re happy with an approximate interpretation of your reference, then it may be worth trying. **But for model-kit builders or anyone with a strong attention to detail, I personally wouldn’t recommend it in its current form.** The ability to edit, refine, and iterate on an already-generated model instead of constantly starting from scratch would make a huge difference.

I seen many poor reviews and I can't decide if it is because their expectations were far too high? I order a mini knowing exactly what id be getting. A decent completely custom miniature that is painted to decent standards. Ordered two and they look pretty good. While they are on the pricey side at currently 25$ a pop it's still pretty cool to have the ability to print your own model even if the quality isn't as fine as say a traditional mini. I personally would buy from them again on occasion when I can't quite find a mini for a character or something.

The mini creator is a lot of fun to use although as many AI generators sometimes doesn't work very well. The mini itself is really nice. Excellent colors and details, The material is solid and feels nice in the hand.

The price is a little high for the minis. Customer service is responsive but not really helpful to resolve any issues at all. They used SpeedX for delivery and they are atrocious and took nearly a month to deliver. Currently I have an issue with the gallery and cannot edit minis after creating and have gotten no help from JuJubit to get this resolved. Only a response that I could use their paid service to edit minis.

If I can get the gallery fixed, I will definitely use JuJuBit again for minis

At first, they had to message me saying that there was a mini figurine within my order that couldn’t be made because it would’ve offset the weight distribution of the entire figurine. They asked if it could be removed or if the image could be changed entirely or the product would be canceled and I would be refunded. I said go ahead and remove the mini figurine. The order was originally placed in July on the eighth.- this notification about needing to change the order was around July 12 through the 15th. Once that was resolved I had assumed that the order would continue to go through as it was scheduled to arrive by 8 August. Today however at almost 3 AM I get a email saying they can’t even do my order so “can you change the entire image or we’ll just issue a refund.” At no point in time during the first hiccups, did they ever stop to review the order in its entirety. They should have made sure that they were not wasting their clients time and even seeing if this was a doable project for them. Absolute lack of communication provided poor customer service. They need to completely revamp their entire internal system on how they handle orders. If they were going to accept any image, they need to make sure that they can actually do any image. And if there are restrictions, they need to make sure that they are specifying these restrictions ahead of time. They also need to do a complete review of a customers order within 72 hours after it is placed to see if it is even doable or if there’s going to be issues such as what happened to me.

I was very excited to try out Jujubit when it was first introduced to me. What really sold me was that they sold the OBJ files. Wanting to test it out I submitted an order thinking a week or so and I'd get the file. I followed up with them, confused when my order said they would be mailing my order to me. I Messaged them on site and they first told me to be patient when all I wanted was an understanding of the situation. After almost a month, I followed up and was told I should have been provided an email for file download. No such email had arrived, even checking all related emails, junk and spam folders. I contacted them multiple times with responses from them being 4 days later on average, with generic copy paste responses. My last message to them was asking for an update, to which they apologized and said they would respond after speaking with their team. That was 2 days ago. I'm deeply disappointed with the service and experience. Not sure if I slipped through the cracks, or if I'm not considered a priority as this is just a 7.99 file and not a full 69.00 job. Either way what was once a hopeful source of business is now a steer clear for me. I feel foolish as I have already recommended the file service to other contacts looking for a service like this, and I have nothing to show for it. I strongly recommend against Jujubit and will share this opinion with anyone who ask me.

I paid $50 for a 4 inch figure and then waited two whole months for it to finally arrive. When it finally showed up first, it's only two inches, and they didn't even care to color her skin, so she looks like an absolute ghost and barely has any facial feature this is the laziest figurine , I have ever bought , and I assure you I will never be buying from here again.

The model they made for me was perfect. It was exactly what I had hoped. My son was so excited to get it. Quality was great.

Jujubit, don't be lieing to people. Saying that you recently changed things when I know for a fact that you have not "restructured how your support team handles inquiries so you get real answers, not repeated messages" and can provide proof of it. I still have other orders I'm waiting on and your company is still sending the same messages.

Originally my experience was stellar. But the more I use them the more issues there are with communication, with quality of the product, and resolution seems non-existent. They only communicate through their in-app (or on the website) chat window. And they have stopped responding there as well. It’s a bit of a Jeckyll / Hyde situation so buyer beware depending on which way it goes for you.

Also, they offer a 30% off coupon for positive reviews, which is a violation of TrustPilot’s policy and rules. TrustPilot needs to look at this sudden barrage of generic, nonsensical 5-star reviews. One 5-star review named “Customer” says “they’re really fragile and break, but that’s what super glue is for”? WHAT?!? That’s not a 5-star comment!

Some of my more “fun” moments with Jujubit so far:
1)They got the size of one of my mini’s very wrong; after 2 weeks of a promised response and solution the customer service rep said I was just wrong (despite photo evidence to the contrary) and provided no solution. Only chose to argue more. This was never resolved.

2)They acted like they were going to replace one of my minis that already broke during normal tabletop gameplay. Then they said nevermind. I had to buy the 3d print files from them to be able to get the mini printed elsewhere. Now after a cavalcade of negative reviews that followed mine they finally sent me a replacement and adjusted the mini so that it wouldn’t have a weak point like the first one. Only took a month of their review score dropping like a lead balloon.

3)I had recommended them to multiple friends. After several months most of those friends have finally received their minis. One friend ordered in MAY and received it in August. Another friend the minis arrived but not up to par with the preview image on their gallery. Been a mixed bag and I feel bad for recommending it to them and them having negative outcomes.

4)At one point Jujubit had my review pulled as untruthful. That’s frustrating. I reposted.

5)For a while I was duped into thinking Jujubit had improved their responses and solutions but that was short-lived. I ordered a mini for a friend - we’ll see how that one turns out. Still haven’t received any updates for at least a week.

6)Why did I give them another chance??? One of the digital files for self-printing that I made on their website and purchased has major structural flaws. I’ve paid to have it printed elsewhere and twice it broke in the same spot. I asked them how to get that fixed since I purchased it from them. They sent me a link that for $68 will let me order a fix. What?!? They then sent me a 113mb obj file that I cannot open or convert. I’m never using them again.

What I bought and what I received are so different, it's not even funny! The render the on "Create your Own" figure I obtained was beautiful; The figure I received is atrocious. The paint job is half done, botched, and looks terrible. They legitimately ruined my character. For a 10cm figure, and considering the price they charge, you'd expect them to at least do a decent job with painting. But no, they don't. This company is a scam, and that's it!

No communication. I reached out twice, once for a status update, and another because the order status had not changed over 3 weeks (it was still in printing) and they sent me the same exact automated message with no update.

Considering their policy is they cannot refund you once they begin printing, its very obvious they just take orders, promise a short window time span for delivery, and update the status asap to printing when in reality I'm sure nothing has been happening.

Least I can do is share a review here. So as far as I know I probably don't even know if I'm ever going to get my figure.
