Linda from Jules baxter was awesome and she guided me in getting tiles for bathroom and future renovation of laundry as well, advised me what to do and what not to do. She not only sold me the best tile, but also gave best valuable advise where i missed out many things when considering choosing a tile for floor and wall. Well done Linda and thanks again for your time with patient explained me step by step and send me samples of tiles and how combination of tiles looks after lay in bathrooms. Keep up the good work Linda and Jules Baxter :)

My experience has been nothing short than 5stars. My builder's tiler requested at short notice the pool mosaics to be ordered and delivered ASAP as he had an opportunity to lay the tiles. I went in to JB, met up with their excellent consultant Jess Newton who organised the selection, order and delivery with aplomb. All this was achieved with stock ex Sydney in 5 days. JB have an extensive selection of high quality tiles made from non-China sources. There is a price difference but this is more than made up for with quality and variety. Highly recommended!!

as the face of the business, he has the appropriate combination of knowledge, charisma and sales charm to make my clients (or me) feel valued and their project exciting and worth the effort, without pressuring them (or me) into a decision. he is your asset. although, thinking further....free access to coffee and the meeting rooms helps a little i suppose.
