They promise 5 day deliveries. Imagine my surprise when, after 2 weeks, I receive an email blaming a supply chain issue AND a limit on how much the courier will take from them at any given time. Theyre estimating another 3 weeks. What BS. I notice their social media ads also have comments restricted so that they dont have thousands of people all reporting the same thing. The 5 day thing is just a lie.

It’s a mixed bag. I like the design and the shirt is as advertised, and well made. The material might be a little lighter than their competitors, but that’s not a deal breaker. The design is spot on, but more on that later.

Unfortunately there are a couple of red flags based on information on their website. The first is claiming to have a fulfilment centre in the UK. Imagine my surprise, as a UK resident, to find my package shipped from America and not the UK. It calls your Green credentials into question.

The second is regarding fulfilment times. From ordering to delivery took just over a month. I could live with this, but the website gives the impression that orders can be completed much more quickly.
A little transparency would go a long way.

The final is with the design on the shirt - despite the claim of DTG printing, this has the plasticky feeling of a ironed-on print, which makes me worry about the longevity after repeated washing/drying cycles.

Overall I don’t regret buying from here, but I’d be wary about doing so again (a shame because I’ve seen about half a dozen shirts I’d happily wear).

T Shirts are good quality and the prints are fantastic . Size are same as UK . Delivery will take a while as they are coming from abroad and shipping is cheaper. It might take a while but don't worry it will arrive

Good quality clothing with great designs and fits - the t-shirts especially. Be warned - orders take a long time to fulfil - but Jumble were helpful and responsive to queries and made sure I was happy with my order.

Extremely poor customer service it seems everybody is to blame apart from Jumble print design, please see response after I requested a refund because my items had still not been delivered after two weeks of waiting
“This is the address that was used for both your original and replacement shipments. The parcel is currently being held by Evri, awaiting updated address information to complete delivery. You should have received a notification from them with a link to resolve this directly.

As your order was correctly fulfilled and dispatched twice, and the delay is due to address issues outside our control, we will not be issuing a refund. At this stage, the responsibility lies with you to update the delivery details with Evri.”
The ironic thing was the parcel was delivered shortly after this email with no notification or change to the delivery address that I had given in the beginning.
My main concern was they refused to give me a refund when requested and expect me to wait an additional week, making that three weeks to deliver a T-shirt
