I was waiting too long for the delivery and I didn’t feel the pillow helped as it didn’t stay in place.

Takes a little time to get use to however very comfortable and relieves pain in back, hips and legs.

My jumbo kiwi has not been delivered at all.
Update: due to Covid 19, the jumbo kiwi arrived 2 months late. However it was exactly as advertised. A very good knee support pillow.

I have not received this yet so cannot give a good review

I bought this knee pillow for my husband and he is delighted, it has made a great difference to the pressure on his knees and gives him a better night sleep. Thoroughly recommend.

I love the product would give 5 star, just unbelievable long wait for recent order, would have been easier to be kept informed

Pillow was great to use in bed especially with my sore lower back; it provided some pain relief!

NEVER received my order! I sent several emails and no one did nothing to help.

Stealing money from others is not the way of making bussines!

Ordered on 21st Nov 19 still hadn't received it as of yesterday . Sent emails to be told waiting on couriers. Paid by PayPal so informed them I would be contacting them for refund and the company refunded straight away which I found strange. Definitely avoid.

Reported a problem the day of delivery quoting order number. The company couldn't find the order number and 60 days later then said it was too late for a return. Do not buy. The product is rubbish anyway.

I have lost count of the many emails sent to this company after not receiving my parcel I would recommend keeping clear of jumbokiwi have never had this bad service from any one else

I placed my order on the 5th of January. Despite lots of emails I still have not red’d my Knee Pillow. Fortunately I paid for it by credit card so I will claim the money back.
Don’t touch this company with a Barge Pole they are scammers!!
