AVOID AVOID - WARNING

I have purchased a sofa bed, chair bad, hob, tv stand, coffee table and air condition. The service is EXTREMELY terrible!!!! I had been complaining on delivery every 2-3 hours, Their customer service gives rubbish promises - delivery got rescheduled and then meant to be delivered with 24h later. They think people are very naive, they keep promising what people want to hear and following this is ONE BIG NONSENSE. I would not even recommend JUMIA to my worst enemy! We went through the hell with them. Constantly hearing the useless promises! Drivers had been saying they had tried contacting us, as they never did! I decided to cancel ALL MY ORDERS due to BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and total ignorance! At the end of the day we are the customers so we should be treated with respect!!! Personally, If I were an owner of Jumia in Egypt, I would sacked all managers because they def do not what a real, professional work is! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

God I cannot explain how much I hate this company. Their website is horrible, awful. For some reason I placed an order with this app, but it sent to the wrong address. I immediately noticed the mistake but could not cancel.
There is NO customer service - the help section on the website does not work, the cancel order button does not work, the live chat is just a robot, the phone is just a robot. There is no way to speak to an actual person!
Also, they do NOT accept returns/refunds.They take your money and then run. What an awful garbage company!!

Also, 10 days for delivery? Are you serious!??! The item is less than 2 miles away...

Also their food delivery app is garbage.

A company that uses bot to talk to…

A company that uses bot to talk to customers is already garbage. These cons only care about your money; they will call when they want you to place an order but will never let you lodge a complaint. They refused to refund me after selling fake and faulty earphones because I did not have original packaging. Now I am wondering am I supposed to keep trash in my house because I cannot trust what they are selling me. Stupid excuse! Been a customer since 2017!

Return for the option 'change of mind'…

Return for the option 'change of mind' should be based on the buyer's personal decision. Why would the company even ask for 'change of mind' reason? This company does not even consider customer's satisfaction. I would say- they are just money oriented. I bought an item and I just felt that it was not the actual item I needed but after following their return procedures still my refund request was rejected. How on earth would you live with an item that you do not like? I would advise anyone to go and buy an item by self to avoid such disappointments from Jumia. They do not refund!!!!

I placed an order that they got wrong, I had to follow up on refunds. Deliveries were delayed and the delivery guy did not even know where he was going! Never, never again! Wacha nitembee town nitafute kile ambacho nataka!

Too many fake items on Jumia

All good ive bought on Jumia are fake. I just bought a new hearing aid and was blow by the charger that came with it the same day. That's the peak of the fake items sold

Avoid this company like a plague!!

I bought a set of fake fry pan labelled as none stick. Reading all this I will not even bother to return it so in the bin it will go.
I really don't know what this company is still doing around. They feel like Amazon but Amazon does not joke with customer service or returns. When I was in Uk, a seller mistakenly listed 15 Laptops for £150 each instead of listing for £1500. I was amongst the people that bought them and Amazon asked us to keep the items even when we were ready to send them back. For Amazon, it's all about customer satisfaction and service.

JUMIA NIGERIA

Worst delivery service. After paying for a home delivery service for my orders, of which the delivery cost was more than half the cost of items i ordered. You have the gut to ask me to come and pick up my items when i fully paid for a home delivery service.
This would be my last time of using Jumia
I am highly disappointed

The Worst Customer Care EVER! Stay Away from this Company

Would rate zero if I could. Order not delivered. All I get are excuses and apologies. No one can give straight answers. Online, the order has been out for delivery for the last 10 days - “Delivery Agent” Edinam - claims his car broke down four days ago. I can’t cancel order either. No action from Jumia Ghana. Cannot get supervisor or manager to follow up. Is this a real company? I have been duped!! Should have read reviews first. Buyer beware!!!

Jumia and Jumiapay are very unreliable

Jumia and Jumiapay which is a subsidiary of jumia is a very unreliable platform,after placing one order, you are automatically locked out from placing anymore orders, the platform keeps giving error messages. I complained to the Jumia coustomer service, I was asked to provide ID, I did and nothing was done, it is more than 3 months now, funny thing is they keep telling you to wait for 48hrs, till date the 48hrs has never ended. I do not advice nobody to use the platform because they do not care about their clients. And they do not have a phone number to reach them, except via email or tweeter of which they take days to reply, and when they do, they never find a solution to the issue you contacted them about.

Jumia Egypt customer service Worst of all

Jumia Egypt customer service is the worst of all online shops, they put a phone number on their website which is never answered to after 7 or more tries during two days, I went to the "Live Help" and discovered it's a Robot answering service, so I selected the "Chat with an agent" several times, and every time it says "No agents are available, type your questions and we will reply in 2 days", so I did, and I amstill waiting for their call !!. I will never buy from them again even if they were the only online shopping service on Earth.
