Honestly, I am speechless I have worked with an endless number of manufacturers and when I worked with Jumpstart my life had changed. After years of constant struggles it had finally came to an end, I strongly recommend Jumpstart they have great customer service and the prices are amazing

The design is not what i asked for, the first photo approval i liked and wanted to make small changes to font size but other things got altered which was not what i wanted.

First and foremost we’d like to express our sincere apologies that you were not happy with production.
Without going into detail about your order in order to keep your brand anonymous, we had your samples ready over a month ago and we were waiting on you to provide the adjustments. You sent us file types incorrectly and you didn’t not provide clear measurements. Our team worked with you with over 30 emails back and fourth trying to work out the adjustments you needed and you finally sent us new artwork, which was printed exactly as it was sent.
In the future we really wish you could reach out to us before leaving a review, we could have offered you many solutions such as discounted reproduction or even a free replacement of goods. We also hope you will find the time to fully understand measuring garments so your designs can turn out the way you want them to.
Regardless we once again are sad to be hearing about the failed production through trust pilot and we hope we could have sorted this prior.

The best in town
It’s so refreshing to see a company consistently provide second to none customer service and quality products. Just received my first order and I’m left amazed by the colour and quality of the garments and prints, I can’t wait to work with them again. I would definitely recommend!!

Amazing service, most professional printers I’ve ever worked with. They gave me a free consultation on my design and made sure I had the right dimensions. Customers love the t-shirts, my best seller.
